1. Senior Quality Assurance / AS9100 Quality Engineer

Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid / Travel)
Department: Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
Experience Level: 5+ Years

Role Summary: Lead ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D audit compliance across our domestic and overseas facilities. Manage First Article Inspection (FAI per AS9102) packages, review Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) data, oversee CMM metrology reports, and lead root-cause corrective action (RCCA / 8D) processes.

Key Qualifications: B.S. in Mechanical/Materials Engineering or equivalent; ASQ CQE/CQA certification preferred; hands-on experience with metals testing (ASTM, AMS, NACE).


2. Manufacturing & DFM Application Engineer

Location: Wilmington, DE / Remote Options
Department: Engineering & Technical Sales
Experience Level: 3–7 Years

Role Summary: Act as the primary technical bridge between customer engineering teams and our foundries/machine shops. Review 3D CAD models (STEP/IGES) and prints for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) across investment casting, closed-die forging, Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), and 5-axis CNC machining.

Key Qualifications: B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; expertise in SolidWorks/Creo, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and solidifying/forming simulation software.


3. Global Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist

Location: Wilmington, DE
Department: Supply Chain Operations
Experience Level: 3+ Years

Role Summary: Manage international freight forwarding, customs clearance, inventory warehousing, and Just-In-Time (JIT) / Kanban delivery schedules for Tier-1 automotive, aerospace, and industrial OEM customers.

Key Qualifications: Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business; strong background in global import/export regulations, ITAR compliance, and ERP/CRM systems.


4. Precision CNC Machinist & 5-Axis Programmer

Location: Partner Facility / On-Site Operations
Department: CNC Machining & Secondary Finishing
Experience Level: 5+ Years

Role Summary: Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC mills and live-tooling lathes machining tight-tolerance ($\pm 0.0002''$) superalloys (Inconel 718, Titanium Ti-6Al-4V, Duplex 2507) and precision castings.

Key Qualifications: Mastercam/UG-NX proficiency, deep knowledge of cutting insert geometries for hard metals, and proficiency with CMM and hand metrology tools.
